I swear, THIS CAR.

Has issues everyday.

Over the weekend, some bitch cuts me off and smashes/cracks my front bumper, giant tire mark on it, she gave me the finger and I'm baffled by this. She was driving a giant SUV and had a handicap tag. I love people.

Yesterday after work, I broke the little piece of plastic that depresses the brake switch somehow. It's probably from me doing what SOMEONE always says to do..."pump your brakes, son". *cough* Shawn. My friend Nigel helped me press the brake pedal down as I struggled to shove some rubber insert into the hole. Pretty akward having someone's foot in your face on the brake while you're laying under the driver seat....just sayin'.

Found a S14 SR20 radiator and fan shroud, going to try to make it fit.
Hope it works.
Other than that, no real big updates on the car.

- Swapped carpet (now fuzzy, clean black carpet)
- Powersteering added (KA powersteering pump)
- 40's badge removed (you can only drink so many)
- New swapped diff plate cover (old one stripped to hell/falling apart)

Small update

Can't upload pictures right now, blogger is whacked out. Sunday Shawn helped me get the powersteering working in my 240. I'm now on my 3rd starter and 3rd powersteering pump. Ended up using a KA PS pump, both SR20 PS pumps were duds. Awesome. Had to change the diff fluid but that didn't go out as planned, assuming the drain plug wasn't going to seize, I drained the diff before loosening the cap, yeah I know, dumb. Ended up having to swap diff plate covers... dropped rear and swapped it, took about 2 hours or so....IN THE RAIN.

Monday updates
- New brake pads
- New rotors
- Removed silencer from exhaust (now my shit is loud!)
- Cleaned engine bay
- Painted some new areas black
- Painted new bumper

Went over to shawn's, he helped me paint the bumper and fit the bumper and some random things while I changed the brakes. This car is such a clunker and hard to work on. Was crappy weather but work got done! Went to Red Lobster with Shawn and Will. DO WORK SON!

Nashers, and car updates

Nash-f-in-ville was awesome. Hitched a ride with Shawn and Alex and tagged along for the event. I was suppose to work Saturday but they cancelled my shift, and Shawn peer pressured me into going...as usual.

Got there Friday, met up with P.Haire, he took us out to eat at Perfect Pizza...it's just not the same as NY pizza :(. Went to see downtown Nashville, pretty regular peoples, saw the Parthenon, it's EPIC. Drift event Saturday was awesome as well. Met up with DriftSTL kids and they were cool, we all got sunburned like holla. They all wanted to see F+F, but not before we ruined a Chili's resturant, got drunk and treated the place like a bar, we filled it up with 15+ people, funny stuff. Almost had a hotel party but didn't, Wes hath failed us this time. Fast and Furious was hella boring, I fell asleep so hardcore that I didn't remember falling asleep, just remember waking up. I don't remember any of the movie. The next morning we went to Shoney's and got some staredowns, there were some strange creatures in that place. Straight up hickville outside of Nasvhille, maybe like 20 miles or so away from Nasvhille Speedway? Anyway, Nashville scenery is pretty open and beautiful, but too boring for me.
